“中国工业上市公司高管团队特征、薪酬与财务绩效的关系研究

摘要针对中国工业上市公司，采用多元线性回归方法，深入研究了高管团队特征、薪酬水平与财务绩效之间的关系以及股权集中度的调节作用。结果表明:中国工业上市公司高管团队特征对财务绩效有显著影响，其中高管团队平均薪酬、平均任职届次和股权集中度对财务绩效均有不同程度的正向影响，年龄异质性对财务绩效有显著负向影响，平均受教育程度和受教育程度异质性对财务绩效无显著影响；股权集中度不同程度地调节高管团队特征对财务数量绩效的影响。

Abstract： With multivariable linear regression method, this paper explores the relationship between top management team characteristics, salary and financial performance of Chinese industrial listed companies, and the regulating effect of equity concentration. The result shows that the top management team characteristics of Chinese industrial listed companies have significant effect on financial performance. Specifically, the average salary and tenure of office of the top management team and equity concentration all have positive effects on financial performance. Age heterogeneity has significantly negative effect. The average educational level and education heterogeneity have no significant effect. Equity concentration moderates the effect of top management team characteristics on financial quantity performance with varied degrees.
