服务业外商直接投资的生产率效应与行业差异

摘要笔者在测算我国服务业细分行业全要素生产率的基础上, 利用1998年～2002年和2004年～2009年2个报告期服务业细分行业的数据, 研究了服务业外商直接投资(SFDI)对总体服务业全要素生产率的影响, 并按照历年服务业各行业全要素生产率的平均增长状况, 划分了全要素生产率相对上升的部门和全要素生产率相对下降的部门, 分别研究了SFDI对这两类部门的影响。研究结果表明:SFDI带来了我国总体服务业全要素生产率的提高, 并且SFDI对全要素生产率相对上升行业的效应要大于全要素生产率相对下降行业。

Abstract： The paper analyzes the effect of Service Foreign Direct Investment (SFDI) on the Total Factor Productivity (TFP) of service industries with the data of 1999~2002 and 2004~2009, on the basis of estimating TFP of service industries in China. Furthermore, the paper studies the effect of SFDI on the service sectors whose TFP growth rate increases and the service sectors whose TFP growth rate decreases. The results show that SFDI have a greater effect on the service sectors whose TFP growth rate increases than the service sectors whose TFP growth rate decreases.
