中国对外直接投资对非洲资源依赖国制造业发展的影响研究

摘要基于2003—2017年20个非洲国家面板数据的实证研究显示,中国对外直接投资对非洲资源依赖国制造业发展发挥了显著的促进作用,该影响主要通过技术溢出与基础设施发展来实现,这表明中非投资合作是助力非洲工业化的重要力量,这有力地驳斥了西方国家认为中国试图在非洲进行 “新殖民主义”的论调。此外,研究结果还发现,非洲制造业的发展有待于其贸易结构的优化、非正规经济的抑制、基础设施建设的完善等。

Abstract： Based on the panel data of 20 African resource dependent countries from 2003 to 2017, the empirical study shows that Chinese FDI has positive effect on the growth of manufacturing industry of African resource dependent countries. It is found that the impact is mainly realized through technology spillover and infrastructure development, which indicates that the investment cooperation between China and Africa is an important force to boost Africa’s industrialization, and refutes the idea that China is trying to do neo-colonialism in Africa. In addition, the study also finds that the development of Africa’s manufacturing industry needs to be optimized in terms of its trade structure, the suppression of informal economy, and the improvement of infrastructure.
