Abstract:
From the perspective of the principles of objectiveness and comprehensiveness, the present hospital evaluation implemented by the government is ineffective. From the perspective of the patients, the authors propose the “bottom-up” reputation assessment framework of hospitals on the basis of public benefit. Furthermore, CFA and SEM are used to testify the internal structure and relations. The results show that besides treatment effects, emotional appeal, economic expenditure of patients, hospital development and social responsibility are also important elements influencing the reputation of hospitals
