农村流通企业自主创新能力的影响因素及绩效结果

摘要笔者构建了农村流通企业自主创新能力影响因素及其对自主创新绩效的作用机理模型,并以江西农村流通企业为对象进行实证分析。结果表明,制度环境、资源基础、市场竞争环境、网络能力、企业家导向和智力资本对农村流通企业自主创新能力有显著的积极影响,其中,资源基础、企业家导向和智力资本的影响更大;农村流通企业自主创新能力对自主创新绩效有积极影响;企业特征在农村流通企业自主创新能力及其影响因素之间以及农村流通企业自主创新能力与自主创新绩效之间具有一定程度的调节作用。

Abstract： This paper builds a theoretical model that reflecting the influencing factors of the independent innovation capability of rural circulation enterprises and its impact on innovation performance, and analyzes empirically the model using survey data from Jiangxi rural circulation enterprises. Results show that institution environment, resource base, market competition environment, network capability, entrepreneurial orientation and intellectual capital impact positively the independent innovation capability, thereunto, resource base, entrepreneurial orientation and intellectual capital have more positive impact on it. The independent innovation capability of rural circulation enterprises impact positively innovation performance. In addition, enterprise characteristics have a certain degree moderating role in the relationship between the independent innovation capability of rural circulation enterprises and its driving factors, and in the relationship between independent innovation capability and innovation performance.
