我国农业龙头企业经营效率测度及其影响因素分析

摘要笔者利用DEA-BCC和Tobit模型,测算了411家国家级农业龙头企业的经营效率并分析了其影响因素。研究表明,各省(市、区)农业龙头企业经营效率总体偏低且相互之间效率差异较大,市场化程度较高的省(市、区)的农业龙头企业反而显现出经营效率上的劣势;纯技术效率而非规模效率是造成经营效率偏低的主要原因;投入产出模式并非经营效率的绝对决定因素,研发投入和劳动效率的提高是企业经营效率提升的重要源泉;市场化程度和流动资产周转率对中、东、西部地区企业的作用方向与力度并不一致;企业规模、所有制形式、财税扶持、企业是否上市等对经营效率均没有显著作用。

Abstract： Employing DEA-BCC and Tobit Model, this paper tests the operating efficiency of 411 agricultural leading enterprises and analyzes the influence factors. The results show that the operating efficiency of agricultural leading enterprises in different provinces is on the low side as a whole and varies much among provinces; pure technical efficiency is mainly responsible for the low operating efficiency; vital resource for improving the operating efficiency lies in R&D investment and labor efficiency; velocity of liquid assets exercises inconsistent efforts on enterprises in eastern, central and western areas; and enterprise scale, forms of ownership, financial support, advertisement input have no significant effect on development of agricultural leading enterprises’ operating efficiency.
