    数实产业技术融合与制造业企业污染减排——基于上市企业专利引用信息的研究

摘要 基于中国A股上市制造业公司数据,借助专利引用信息度量企业的数实产业技术融合程度,并探究其对污染减排的影响。研究表明:数实产业技术融合能够显著促进制造业企业的污染减排;这种污染减排效应通过规模经济效应、资源配置效应和绿色技术创新效应三个渠道实现;异质性分析表明,除了数字产品服务业外,数字产品制造业、数字技术应用业和数字要素驱动业与实体产业技术的融合对污染减排都有显著作用,且这种减排效应对于高污染行业的制造业企业更为突出;在政策环境方面,大气污染防治行动计划、国家大数据综合试验区和宽带中国政策都能够增强数实产业技术融合的减排效果,说明环境规制政策和数字经济政策均与数实产业技术融合具有“协同效应”。研究揭示了数字经济与实体经济产业技术融合对推动制造业污染减排的重要作用,为制造业实现绿色转型和提升环保效益提供了政策参考。

Abstract: Based on the data of A-share listed manufacturing companies in China, this study measures the degree of integration between digital and real industry technologies by using patent citation information and explores its impact on pollution reduction. The study shows that the integration of digital and real industry technologies can significantly promote pollution reduction in manufacturing firms. This pollution reduction effect is achieved through three channels: economies of scale, resource allocation and green technological innovation. The heterogeneity analysis indicates that, apart from the digital product service industry, the integration of digital product manufacturing, digital technology application and digital factor-driven industries with real industry technologies has a significant impact on pollution reduction. Moreover, this pollution reduction effect is more pronounced for manufacturing firms in high-pollution industries. In terms of policy environment, the Action Plan for Air Pollution Prevention and Control, the National Big Data Comprehensive Experimental Zone and the Broadband China policy can all enhance the pollution reduction effect of the integration of digital and real industry technologies. This indicates that both environmental regulation policies and digital economy policies have a “ Synergistic Effect ” with the integration of digital and real industry technologies. The study reveals the significant role of the integration of digital economy and real economy industry technologies in promoting pollution reduction in manufacturing. It provides policy references for achieving green transformation and enhancing environmental benefits in manufacturing.
