数字经济、生产转型与农村家庭收入增长

摘要基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,从微观层面构建衡量农村家庭数字经济水平的多维指标,并对其所带来的经济回报和作用机制进行检验。研究发现:数字经济通过提升农村家庭的数字化水平从而促进其生产转型,进而为其带来较为长久和明显的收入增长;机制分析表明,数字经济主要通过提高家庭成员技术能力、增加家庭农副业经营份额及带动非农就业,进而改善家庭经济状况;进一步的分析结果显示,农村家庭从数字经济中获得的经济回报表现出明显的地区差异性,数字家庭指数对东部地区农村家庭的收入增长效应更高且这种效应主要是通过促进家庭成员技能提升得以实现,而在中西部地区则主要是通过增加家庭农副业经营份额而得以实现。研究结论为更好发挥数字经济对农业生产及农村家庭增收的促进作用提供了理论和经验证据。

Abstract： Based on the data of Chinese Household tracking Survey ( CFPS ), this paper constructs a multi-dimensional index to measure the digital economy level of rural households from the micro level, and tests its economic return and mechanism. The study shows that the digital economy promotes the production transformation of rural households by improving their digital levels, which in turn brings long-term and obvious about income growth. The mechanism analysis indicates that the digital economy improves household economic conditions by enhancing the technical capabilities of family members, increasing the share of household agricultural and sideline management and promoting non-agricultural employment. Further analysis reveals that the economic returns of rural households from the digital economy show obvious regional differences. The digital family index has a higher effect on the income growth of rural households in the eastern region, and this effect is mainly achieved by promoting the skills of family members. While in the central and western regions, it is mainly achieved by increasing the share of household production and management. This study provides theoretical and empirical evidence for giving better play to the role of digital economy in promoting agricultural production and increasing rural household income.
