城市化对人口红利与经济增长关系的影响研究—

摘要笔者在对人口红利与经济增长关系的理论分析基础上,基于2000年～2012年省级面板数据,采用面板门槛回归技术,以城市化为门槛变量,对人口红利与经济增长的门槛效应进行了检验。结果表明,人口红利与经济增长之间存在显著的三门槛效应。在城市化的任一门槛区间,人口红利对经济增长均具有显著的促进作用;随着城市化水平的提高,人口红利对经济增长的促进作用会显著增强。最后,笔者从城市化的视角就如何发挥人口红利在经济增长中的重要作用提出了相关的政策建议。

Abstract： Based on the theoretical analysis, taking the panel data of 30 provinces during the period between 2000 and 2012, and using the panel threshold regression techniques, this paper tests the threshold effect between the demographic dividend and economic growth with the urbanization as the threshold variables. Results show that there is a significant three threshold effect between the demographic dividend and economic growth. In any threshold interval, the demographic dividend always can promote the economic growth evidently. With the improvement of urbanization, the promoting effect of the demographic dividend on the economic growth will be enhanced. Finally, this paper puts forward advices on how to make full use of demographic dividend in economic growth from the perspective of urbanization.
