外商直接投资溢出效应的所有制差异研究——基于国有企业与其他所有制企业的比较分析

摘要笔者利用制造业23个子行业2003年～2007年的面板数据,具体区分FDI对我国国有企业和其他所有制企业的溢出效应^①的差异。结果表明外资的进入对国有企业产生显著的正向竞争效应和非显著的负向示范效应，其他所有制企业由于自身条件的限制，主要通过与国有企业的竞争提高劳动生产率。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the mechanism of spillover effects of FDI and effects of FDI on enterprises of different Ownership by the panel-data of 23 manufacturing industries from 2003 to 2007. It is found that Introduction of FDI implies an obviously positive competition effects and an unobviously negative imitation effects on SOE; furthermore,constrained by its own characteristics, enterprises of other ownership mainly obtain spillover effects through competition with SOE.
