Abstract:
Based on questionnaire data from enterprise group, this paper tests the influence of intellectual capital from parent on subsidiary performance using structural equation modeling. Results show that positive interaction effects are established between human capital, structural capital and relational capital from parent, however, the three dimensions of intellectual capital from parent aren’t significantly direct associated with subsidiary performance, the effect of intellectual capital from parent on subsidiary performance is completely mediated by both transfer willingness and capacity from parent and absorptive willingness and capacity from subsidiary,i.e.the mechanism of transfer intellectual capital between parent and subsidiary play a full mediating effect.
