基于全球工序分工视角的中国制造业创新能力提升研究

摘要笔者构建工序分工模式下东道国人力资本积累的影响模型,研究结果表明工序分工促进了东道国人力资本的积累,利用中国制造业细分行业数据进行经验研究,发现中国参与工序分工的程度不断提高,且参与全球工序分工对其创新能力具有明显的促进作用,对高技术密集度行业的创新能力提升效应更为明显,外国直接投资、有形资本积累、劳动者受教育程度和科研经费投入也对创新能力的提升起到促进作用。

Abstract： Influence model of the global tasks division on human capital accumulation reaches a conclusion that global tasks division promotes the accumulation of human capital of the host country, and is beneficial to the improvement of the innovation ability. Empirical study finds that the degree of China’s participation in the global tasks division increases continually, which has obviously promoted the innovation ability of China’s manufacturing. For high technology-intensive industry, the promotion effect is more obvious. FDI, physical capital accumulation, the level of education and R&D capital also play a positive effect on the increase of innovation ability. To enhance the innovation ability of China’s manufacturing, policy suggestions are proposed.
