我国产业集聚特征及其对区域经济增长影响的SGMM分析

摘要笔者从集聚程度和集聚类型两方面描述制造业在我国各区域的分布特征后，基于2000年～2008年30个省市区的面板数据，运用系统广义矩估计方法（SGMM）检验产业集聚对区域经济增长的影响。结果显示集聚程度对经济增长具有积极作用；与多元化相比，专业化的集聚更有利于经济增长；企业规模过小引起的激烈竞争已阻碍了经济的进一步发展。分行业研究时发现，不同技术含量的行业集聚效应是不同的，目前高技术行业集聚在区域经济增长中的作用尚没有充分发挥。

Abstract： After provincial manufacturing distribution is characterized from agglomeration level and type, SGMM is conducted to examine the empirical effect of agglomeration variables on regional economic growth by using dynamic panel data. It is shown that : concentration level has a positive effect on economic growth, not diversification but specialization is more conducive to economic growth, fierce competition resulted from diseconomies of small scale has hindered economic further development. Furthermore, it is found that the agglomeration effects among sectors with different technology are different and especially high-tech industry cluster doesn't play its expected role in economic growth.
