摘要 数字技术是实现中国制造业创新发展的新引擎,它的深度应用正在改变企业创新过程和产业创新生态。结合WIOTs及中国制造业面板数据,系统检验数字化投入对制造业创新效率的影响。研究结论如下:第一,数字化投入与制造业创新效率之间存在“先抑制后促进”的U形关系;目前中国制造业数字化转型的程度普遍不高,数字化投入对制造业创新效率的促进作用尚未充分发挥;且国内数字化投入的影响效应大于国外数字化投入的影响效应。第二,需求规模扩张对数字化投入与制造业创新效率之间的U形关系具有调节作用,且内需调节效应大于外需调节效应;市场化改革与市场竞争会弱化数字化投入与制造业创新效率之间的U形关系,缓解初期数字化投入不足所带来的不利影响。第三,进一步分析表明,提高创新资源使用效率、提升技术创新能力和成果转化能力是数字化投入促进制造业创新效率提升的重要途径。上述研究结论的启示为,加快产业数字化转型,发挥数字经济、扩大内需与市场化改革的乘数效应,将有助于中国制造业的创新发展。

Abstract: The in-depth deep application of digital technology is changing the process of enterprise innovation and industrial innovation ecology , and it is a new engine to realize the innovation and development of China's manufacturing industry. Based on WIOTs and Chinese manufacturing panel data, this paper systematically studies the impact of digital input on manufacturing innovation efficiency. The results are listed as follows. First, there is a U-shaped relationship between digital input and innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry, the promotion effect of digital input is not fully played, and the influence effect of domestic digital input is greater than that of foreign digital input. Second, the expansion of demand scale has a moderating effect on the U-shaped relationship between digital input and innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry, and the moderating effect of domestic demand is greater than that of external demand. Third, market reform and market competition will weaken the U-shaped relationship between digital input and innovation efficiency of manufacturing industry, and alleviate the adverse effects caused by insufficient initial digital input. Further analysis shows that improving the efficiency of the use of innovation resources, the abilities of technological innovation and achievement transformation are important channels for digital input to improve the innovation efficiency of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, accelerating the digital transformation of industry, giving full play to the multiplier effect of digital economy and expanding domestic demand and market-oriented reform will contribute to the innovative development of China's manufacturing industry.
