农业企业人力资本投资意愿影响因素研究--基于TPB理论与63家农业企业微观数据

摘要基于人力资本投资理论和计划行为理论，运用Ordered Logistic分析法对农业企业人力资本投资的意愿影响因素进行系统分析，并对因素的影响程度进行量化研究。结果表明我国农业企业人力资本的投资意愿偏低，而且对外围人力资本的投资意愿低于对内部人力资本的投资意愿；合作交易成本、预期投资收益率、资本专用化程度和流失风险等为投资意愿的主要核心影响因素。

Abstract： Based on human capital investment theory and the theory of planned behavior, the authors analyzed the factors influencing the human capital investment intention of agricultural enterprises and quantified the extent of the influence of these factors through Ordered Logistic analysis. The results show that human capital investment intention of agricultural enterprises is low in China, and investment intention for external human capital is lower than internal human capital. It is also found that the core of the investment factors is the transaction costs of cooperation, expected return on investment, specific capital utilization level and risk of loss, etc.
