1 Environmental Amicableness Evaluation of Social Production and Its International Comparison ——Based on Positive Environmental Output Assumption
SUN Rui, KUANG Dan, CHANG Dong-qin
The standpoint of present environmental economics is based on negative expected production assumption, which emphasizes on production induced pollution and its negative externality, irrespectively of the value of existing environmental resources and its conservation. After clarifying shortcomings of prevailing theories, this paper innovatively defines “positive” environmental output as total pollutants abatement with respect to actual emission of base period, incorporates the environmental stock into environment production efforts, redefines the scope and implication of environmental commodity and its features. Further, by Lindale equilibrium analysis and directional distance based production evaluation method, a novel series of aggregate indicators for evaluating environment amicableness of social production are proposed with detailed discussion. In empirical analysis, given carbon abatement and GDP growth target in 2020 as realistic production frontier, social environment-economy productivity is evaluated with normalized aggregate data series between 2005 and 2020, in which positive environmental output is given as compared to environmental output and GDP in 2005 while efficiency evaluation by extended Malmquist indices calculation. By international comparison with US, EU, Russia and India, certain differences are discussed in details between these countries and China for policy implication about social production adjustment of China. Complementally, by a multivariate trans-log regression model that incorporates industrial structure effect, it is reinforced that environment-friendly social production adjustment of China is in accord ance with development strategies of referred leading economies. Social productivity and its efficiency gaps between China and developed economies are shrinking significantly, while economic output-biased development in China will continue in certain period. Finally, policy implications are given about practical strategies of social production adjustment towards environmental amicableness.

7 Henan Population Mobility and Urbanization Model
LIU Dai-ning, CAO Qing, GENG Ming-zhai
With the continuous progress of urbanization, there are some new features in scale and direction of Henan population mobility. From the perspective of population mobility, we get the following conclusion: population flows from the periphery to the core area, and urban migration to urban centers. In particular, migration flows to the city circle in the center of Zhengzhou. Then, we can determine the size structure of urban system of Henan, which develops towards larger proportion of the central city while the spatial structure of urban system develops towards lager proportion and density of the city circle in the center of Zhengzhou. In the future, new urbanization in Henan should focus on the central city, and we should cultivate the core city of Zhengzhou as the center circle.

20 Farmer Professional Cooperative’s Financial Demand and Its Influential Factors——An Empirical Analysis of the Survey Data in Hebei and Anhui Province
LI Run-ping, ZHOU Ling-ling
Based on the survey data of Hebei and Anhui province, we use ordered Probit model from the aspects of product features, members features, operation conditions, and organizational function to analyze their influence on FPC financial demand intensity and demand periods. The results show that the FPC which owns rich funds, owns a company and has stable sales channels and whose president is in charge of an enterprise, is concentrated in the higher levels of financial demand intensity. The results also show that factors such as cooperative members, member’s contribution, asset structure, brand registration and private lending have significant effects on financial demand period, but product features have insignificant effects on that. Finally, it is proposed that relevant laws on the transfer and the mortgage of rural land-use right should be formed by government as soon as possible, and registration procedures of FPC should be standardized as norm. At the same times, financial institutions should focus on product innovation, mortgage and guarantee innovation and credit policy adjustment.

26 Empirical Study of Agricultural Economic Development Promoted by Geographical Indication in China
LI Qi-ping1, ZHAO Su1, YAN Xiao-min2
From a macro perspective, this paper aims to discuss how the geographical indication protection mechanism promotes agricultural economic development. Meanwhile, by way of the exclusive data of the two nationwide investigation of the geographical indication, a multiple regression model is established to empirically study the relation between geographical indication and agricultural economy. Empirical results show that on the premise of controlling agricultural fixed investments as well as agricultural products exports, geographical indication can accelerate the agricultural economic increase and its professionalization and scale. So this paper proposes that the government ought to support agriculture much, improve the geographical indication legislation and set up farmland transfer system as early as possible to enhance the geographical indication protection to the agricultural products.

37 An Empirical Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Processing Trade Value-added Rate in China ——Based on Chinese Provincial Panel Data from 2001 to 2010
DU Xiao-ying
Low value-added rate of processing trade is an important problem of the development of processing trade in our country. In this paper, the author empirically analyzes factors that affect the value-added rate of China's processing trade by using the system GMM method of dynamic panel data and the panel data of Chinese provinces from 2001 to 2010. The results show that the ability of research and development and the industrial structure have an important effect on the value-added rate of Chinese processing trade. Capital deepening, technological level, investment, human capital and the average wage of manufacturing labor have no significant effect on the value-added rate of processing trade. Foreign direct investment rate has an insignificant effect in China and has a significant negative effect on processing trade value-added in the eastern region.

42 The Research on Reverse Spillover Effects on China’s Innovation Capability of Outward Foreign Direct Investment
XIE Yu-min,ZHOU Kai-tuo,WEI Xiao-ping
Using the relevant data from 2000 to 2011 in China, this paper studies empirically the reverse spillover effect on domestic innovation capability of China’s Outward Foreign Direct Investment, and further analyzes its related factors. The test results show that China's OFDI has reverse spillover effect only on the domestic imitate innovation capability, but restrains the capabilities of independent innovation and secondary innovation, and ultimately has negative effect on the overall innovation capability, but they are not significant statistically. The influencing factors such as economic openness, financial development, infrastructure and R&D base play different roles. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as encouraging technology-seeking OFDI, enhancing the global learning capabilities of OFDI enterprises and strengthening the development support system of the OFDI based on innovation capability.

48 Trade in Part and Component Products and Business Cycle Synchronization between Asia-Pacific Economies
SHAO Jun, LI Shuang
Based on the annual information of 15 Asia-Pacific countries for the period of 2000-2010, this paper studies the impact of trade in part and component on regional business cycle synchronisation. The findings show that trade in part and component products has a positive effect on business cycle synchronization, and the similar industrial structure leads to more synchronised business cycle; at the same time, deeper financial integration weakens synchronisation. Our findings suggest that a multilateral cooperation between Asia-Pacific economies is necessary for stable growth.

54 Studying on the Economic Convergence of Asian Economies——An Examination under Heterogeneous Endogenous Structural Breaks and Correlated Business Cycles
YANG Fan, TENG Jian-zhou
Allowing for heterogeneous endogenous structural breaks and correlated business cycles, this paper studies the economic convergence in Asia and its sub-regions during 1978-2011. The results show that though economic convergence among all Asian economies does not occur, certain forms of economic convergence exist in some Asian sub-regions: deterministic convergence exists in West Asia and South Asia while stochastic convergence exists in Northeast Asia. Economic convergence among the richer economics is slower than that among the poorer economies. Moreover, except for Northeast Asia, we also find out that a negative correlation between economic development level and economic convergence speed in the West and South Asia.

60 Trust in E-commerce: A Perspective of Mixed Governance between Technology and Institution
XIE Kang, XIAO Jing-hua
The current researches of trust in e-commerce mainly focus on the first level of trust, namely, the trust between technology and merchant. Though it was known the importance of the second level of trust, few studies made in-depth research. Based on the approach of element analysis towards literature, we provide a conceptual framework of three-level technology trust. Besides, we propose that the three-level structure of dynamic transfer should be formed by a cross or simplex dynamic adaptive process. Precisely, such adaptive process exists between the current social structure and structural factors. Meanwhile, the adaptive process also exists among structural factors such as individuals, technologies, formal institutions and informal institutions etc. With this theoretical lens, it can better explain why e-commerce rapidly expands in China’s context of low social trust. Our studies expand the previous trust of e-commerce research from the primary first level to the following second and third level of technology trust. It can promote the path of e-commerce trust studies from the simplex factor or single causal relationship to the research with multiple factors or modes.

67 Industrialization, Urbanization and Rural-urban Integration of Commerce Distribution
TANG Xiang-jun, REN Bao-ping
This paper builds the model by inner-city industrial circulation efficiency, discusses the circulation efficiency at different levels for effects of industrialization and urbanization mechanism. The result shows that as the agricultural trade efficiency and inner-city industrial circulation efficiency improving, types of industrial products will be more abundant, urbanization will be increased. The industrial products trade efficiency between urban and rural areas has different effects on economic efficiency and the integration of urban and rural areas. The research on China’s provincial panel data between 1978-2009 shows that the commercial distribution plays a significant role in urbanization and industrialization, especially in urbanization. Therefore, to speed up the process of industrialization and urbanization, an important means is to promote the development of Commerce Distribution.

72 Chinese Tourism Employment Elasticity Analyses Based On the Measure of Tourism Added Value
ZHANG Xiao-li
Because the tourism satellite account system is not complete, we can’t obtain the real and effective statistics data of tourism employment directly, thus accurate estimates of total tourism employment become the key of the study on tourism employment. In this article the tourism added value is separated from the tourism-related industries based on the existing statistical data, and then on this basis, the paper estimates the total tourism employment in China by comparing tourism with other industries in the output elasticity of employment and the dynamic changes of employment elasticity in recent years. We can see that the leading role of tourism to employment is not strong, and the role of “employment reservoir” has not been played, and the relevant policy recommendations have been proposed.

78 Top Management Compensation Incentive of Chinese Public Companies: Absolute Incentive and Relative Incentive
DU Jiang, HUANG Shan
This article aims to study the relations of top management compensation, company performance and market performance in China using 2001-2011 data. We finds out that salary motivation system related with the performance has been built preliminarily during the development of remuneration reform and most of the central holding companies, while local state-owned companies and private companies implement absolute incentive. Besides, when the company performance surpasses the market performance, it implements the combination of absolute incentive and relative incentive; when the company performance is worse than the market performance, it implements absolute incentive, which reveals that the incentive method of top management compensation has asymmetric effects.

85 Element Analysis of Management’s Internal Control Deficiencies Disclosure Activity——Based on the View of the Motivated Selectivity in the Internal Control Information Disclosure
ZHAO Xi, XU Ning-ning
Based on the financial restated companies during the 2008-2011 in Shenzhen trading market, this paper analyzes the factors that impact on the management behavior in internal control deficiencies disclosure based on the view of the motivated selectivity. It finds out that incentives based on economic and political motivation and expensive explicit and hidden costs from internal control deficiencies disclosure are the driving force to motivate managers to withhold internal control deficiencies information; the weak external governance environment and imperfect internal corporate governance foundation provide opportunities for management’s opportunistic behavior in internal control deficiencies disclosure; the managerial power beyond management’s specific control rights prompts the opportunistic behavior in information disclosure to be achieved. This paper not only helps to standardize the management’s behavior in internal control information disclosure, but also provides a basis for information disclosure regulation.

97 The Board Function and the Short-termism of the Administrators: Long-goal Orientation As a Moderator
WANG Li, XU Zhi-jian
Short-termism means managers damage the long-term value to promote short-term performance, which is a common problem and can’t be solved thoroughly. This paper focuses on the effectiveness of the board functions to solve the short-termism problem in China. With 182 companies as samples, using hierarchical regression methods, the empirical results indicate that the monitoring of the board of directors may inspire short-termism and the consulting function can inhibit short-term behavior significantly in the long goal oriented enterprises. The study reveals the mechanism of corporate governance affect short-termism behavior, and suggests Chinese enterprises to solve the problem of insufficient long-term innovation by improving consulting function of the board of directors.

102 Information Cognition, Purchase Intention and Utility Evaluation: A Survey of the Consumers’Purchasing Decisions of Safe Food in Guangdong Province
YIN Shi-jiu, WU Lin-hai, XU Ying-jun
Safe food consumption is becoming a hot topic in the whole society because of the high frequency of food safety crisis. This study assesses the consumers’ cognition, purchase intention, utility evaluation of safe food based on the results of a survey. Through investigations in some cities such as Guangzhou, starting with the consumers’ cognition and utility evaluation, the authors uses Index on Integrative Evaluating for Purchase or Non-purchase Reason (IIE) to explore the consumers’ purchase intention and non-purchase intention, and then analyzs the consumer’s utility evaluation of organic food, green food and conventional food. It reveales that the consumers’ cognitive of safe food is generally low, characteristics such as “safety” and “environmental conservation” are still their most important purchase intention, and the key reasons that prevent the consumers from buying are the high price and the lack of trust. In conclusion the current utility evaluation of organic food is well below green food and regular food. Policy implications of the conclusions of this paper mainly lie in two levels: at the policy level, the government should strengthen the supervision and publicity; at the corporate level, marketing strategies such as targeted pricing policies should be developed to increase market demand.

114 The Logical Thought of the National Balance Sheet in China
LI Jin-hua
The national balance sheet is one kind of table to reflect comprehensively the total amount and its structure of a nation’s assets and liabilities, which is an important decision-making reference of the party and the government, occupying an important position in the system of national accounts. China’s national balance sheet was referred to an unprecedented height in 2013, and it is very necessary to speed up the establishment of China’s national balance sheet. The system of national accounts(SNA2008)of the United Nations is one of the theoretical basis of China’s national balance sheet, whose classification of units and classification of assets and liabilities are the foundation of the national balance sheet; accounting table, accounts and matrix are the tools for compiling the national balance sheet. Therefore, this paper studies and explores the basic form, sheet elements and the construction of China’s national balance sheet in order to take an example for the practice of national balance sheet in China.

121 The Market Structure Evolution of Remanufacturing Closed-loop Supply Chain Based on Government-led Recovery
CHENG Jin-shi, LI Bang-yi
Remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain system composed of the government which is responsible for recovery,a manufacturer and a retailer followed the decision have been studied in this paper. When the government leads the game , the sales, the wholesale price, the profit recovery and all the profits value of the closed-loop supply chain are calculated under four different market structures (GRM, GMR, G→M+R and G→C), and the calculated results are analyzed. Finally, the paper considers the optimal market structure conditions based on the repeated game. Studies show that: the market structure of GRM and GMR implements low amount of recycling and low profits of the three parties; the market structure of G→M + R implements the higher amount of recycling and higher profits of the parties and the market structure of G→C highest. Repeated game theory has been used to get the condition which ensures the market structure of G → C implemented.

127 Population Age Structure, Economic Growth and Social Welfare—— A Theory Analyzing Framework for Demographic Dividend
WANG Yu-peng, WANG Yu-sen
“Demographic dividend” theory comes from empirical research, with lack of an intuitive theoretical framework. This paper introduces the variable of population age structure into the Ramsey model to build the theoretical framework to analyze the impact on economic growth and social welfare. Then an empirical study has been done using 1965-2009 panel data from 143 countries. It can be concluded that, the increase of dependency ratio will reduce economic growth rate, on the contrary, it will increase economic growth rate; countries with a low dependency ratio have a high social welfare; if the proportion below 14 years increases by 1 percentage, the growth rate of GDP per capita will decrease by 1.5 percentage; if the proportion above 65 years increases by 1 percentage, the growth rate of GDP per capita will decrease by 2.8 percentage, the latter is 2 times of the former.

133 An Empirical Study on the Impact of Interest Rate Liberalization on the Capital Structure of Listed Companies
FU Li-fu
In this paper, a partial adjustment model is used to study the impact of interest rate liberalization on the capital structure of listed companies, from both the static and dynamic perspectives, on the basis of a sample of unbalanced panel data composed of relative financial information of 718 firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock. At the same time, it discusses respectively whether the enterprise scale, debt level and the nature of ownership affect the effectiveness of interest rate liberalization. It finds out that the interest rate liberalization has impact not only on the capital structure of listed companies, but also on the adjusting speed thereof. However, this affection is different for different companies. Firstly, from the static perspective, SMEs and inadequate liability enterprises are affected by the interest rate liberalization most significantly. And non-state-owned enterprises are not affected significantly. Secondly, from the dynamic perspective, the interest rate liberalization affected capital structure adjustment speed of SMEs, inadequate and non state-owned enterprises mostly significantly. This research provides new empirical evidence how our country’s financial sector reform affects corporate investment and financing behavior, which has enlightenments for a better understanding of the decision of the capital structure in reality.

139 Investor Protection, Government Intervention and the Allocation of Capital
LI Hai-feng, SHI Yan-ping
The relationship of minority investors protection, government intervention and the capital allocation are discussed in this paper, borrowing the model proposed by Wurgler(2000). We find out that higher investor protection leads to higher allocation of capital, but the effect will be reduced by the government intervention. The findings imply that in order to improve the allocation of capital, the protection to investors should be strengthened and the intervention of government should be restrained.

145 A Study on the Volatility of China’s Capital Market
QIAO Fa-dong, WANG Zheng, XUE Li-rong
The volatility of capital market has always been one of the hot topics of financial researches. This paper uses GARCH, asymmetric GARCH and SV model to study the market volatility of the CIS 300 stock index futures, and applies multi-criteria to analyze and compare the applicability of the model, which is used to describe Stock Index Futures Volatility of China. The results show that: firstly, the CIS 300 stock index futures market has a large speculative, and its rate of return exists significant heteroscedasticity and asymmetric effect; secondly, when we use the MCMC method to infer the SV model, the effect of using the method of new Shephard plus Shephard filtering process to estimate the parameters of the model is better than that of JPR method; thirdly, from the point of view of the mean square error (MSE), absolute mean deviation criterion (MAE), the EGARCH has the best fitting results. At the same time, DM test also shows that the prediction ability of EGARCH model is the highest.

155 A Research on the Basic Old-age Insurance Payment Level Adjustment——Based on the Basic Living Security Target
LIU Hai-ning
As the Engel coefficient on living standards division, according to China’s basic pension insurance policy for the elderly “basic life” goal, the author constructs an endowment insurance index adjustment scheme to observe the current three basic old-age insurance scheme payment level and the moderate adjustment to them in recent years. Empirical results show that, in the towns, the level of the basic old-age insurance payment standard of the urban workers is always higher than the “basic life demand” in recent years, and the basic endowment insurance of the urban residents is not only the capacity lower than the “basic” demand and lack of appropriate adjustment scheme; in the countryside, the new rural basic old-age insurance scheme designs an elderly farmer “basic life”, but its support ability would decline because of the lack of adjustment scheme. Accordingly, in order to ensure the elderly “basic life”, the government should take the “basic living demand” as the standard to construct the basic old-age insurance index adjustment scheme, and make the relative level of three types of basic endowment insurance gradually converge through the adjustment.
