基于系统动力模型的企业技术创新动力要素研究

摘要笔者基于系统动力模型,以电子及通信制造业的年度数据为基础,分析了企业技术创新动力要素的构成及其相互关系。研究结果表明,技术创新产出效果直接影响着企业技术创新的驱动力强度,政府支持因素、合作创新因素和技术人才因素与技术创新产出存在正相关关系。推动企业技术创新需要政府和人才等共同努力。

Abstract： Based on the annual data of the electronics and communication equipment manufacture industry, the paper analyzes the composition and relationship of enterprises techno-innovation dynamics elements by system dynamic model. The research results show that: the intensity of driving force in the enterprise technology innovation can be affected directly by effectiveness of the output of technical innovation. Government support, cooperative innovation, technical talents have positive correlation with the output of technical innovation. Therefore, it is necessary for the government and technical talents work together to promote enterprise technology innovation.
