Abstract:
This paper uses double-hurdle model and bootstrap method analyses the questionnaire data from China Household Finance Survey(CHFS),and tests how the individual characters and household characters influence their accessibility to credit.The results indicate that:(1)The party membership,risk appetite have significant influence on credit accessibility.(2)The level of family income,asset size have significant influence on loan amount,and these characters have different influence on credit accessibility and loan amount.The policy implications include setting up policy-oriented financial support system,improving credit guarantee system,and launching an innovation of financial products.
