Abstract:
Based on the survey data of Hebei and Anhui province, we use ordered Probit model from the aspects of product features, members features, operation conditions, and organizational function to analyze their influence on FPC financial demand intensity and demand periods. The results show that the FPC which owns rich funds, owns a company and has stable sales channels and whose president is in charge of an enterprise, is concentrated in the higher levels of financial demand intensity. The results also show that factors such as cooperative members, member’s contribution, asset structure, brand registration and private lending have significant effects on financial demand period, but product features have insignificant effects on that. Finally, it is proposed that relevant laws on the transfer and the mortgage of rural land-use right should be formed by government as soon as possible, and registration procedures of FPC should be standardized as norm. At the same times, financial institutions should focus on product innovation, mortgage and guarantee innovation and credit policy adjustment.
