区域合作对创新绩效的影响研究

摘要利用2005—2019年中国31个省(区、市)的平衡面板数据,基于知识生产函数探讨区域内合作、区域间合作以及区域内与区域间平衡对区域创新绩效的影响,并在此基础上分析区域技术多元化作为情境因素的调节作用。研究表明:各区域创新绩效显著提高,但中西部与东部地区之间的差距未能得到显著改善;在地理空间效应下,区域内合作显著推动了区域创新绩效的提升;区域间合作与区域创新绩效具有非线性关系,随着跨区域合作的增加,区域创新绩效呈先升后降的倒U形态势;与以往研究中的正相关性不同,本研究从资源稀缺性角度表明,区域内与区域间合作的平衡不利于区域创新绩效的提升。区域技术多元化不仅直接提升了区域创新绩效,而且正向调节了区域内、区域间及两者平衡与区域创新绩效的关系。

Abstract： Based on the balanced panel data of 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China from 2005 to 2019, this paper discusses the impact of intra-regional cooperation, inter-regional cooperation and the balance of intra-regional and inter-regional on regional innovation performance based on knowledge production function. On this basis, the moderating role of regional technological diversification as a situational factor is also analyzed. The results are listed as follows. The innovation performance of each region has improved significantly, but the gap between the central and western regions and the eastern region has not been significantly improved. Under the geo-spatial effect, intra-regional cooperation significantly promotes the improvement of regional innovation performance. Although there is a non-linear relationship between inter-regional cooperation and regional innovation performance, with the increase of cross-regional cooperation, regional innovation performance shows an inverted U-shaped trend of rising first and then decreasing. Different from the positive correlation in previous studies, this study points out from the perspective of resource scarcity that the balance of intra-regional and inter-regional cooperation is not conducive to the improvement of regional innovation performance. Regional technological diversification not only directly improves regional innovation performance, but also positively adjusts the relationship between intra-regional, inter-regional and their balance and regional innovation performance.
