制度质量、制度质量稳定性与高技术产业集聚

摘要基于高技术产业集聚的溢出效应和空间依赖性,运用空间杜宾模型研究了制度质量、制度质量稳定性与高技术产业集聚之间的关系。研究表明:制度质量对本地区、其他地区和所有地区的高技术产业集聚产生显著的促进作用,制度质量稳定性仅对本地区具有显著的阻碍作用。为了更准确地分析三者间的关系,利用面板数据进行分位数回归,发现制度质量在0.75分位点以下对高技术产业集聚具有显著的促进作用,制度质量稳定性在0.5以下的分位点却会产生显著的阻碍作用。

Abstract： Based on the overflow effect and spatial dependence of high-tech industrial agglomeration, the paper studies the relationship among the institutional quality, the stability of institutional quality and high-tech industrial agglomeration by using spatial Durbin model. The institutional quality has a significant role for the region, other regions and all regions in promoting the agglomeration of high-tech industries. The stability of institutional quality only has a significant impediment role in the region. In order to analyze more accurately the relationship among them, the panel data quantile regression is used for in-depth discussion. The institutional quality has a significant role below 0.75, and the stability of institutional quality has a significant hindrance effect below 0.5.
