农民工进入、城市规模异质性与城市劳动力市场工资决定—

摘要使用中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2005— 2013年的数据，估计不同城市规模条件下农民工城市进入对城市劳动力市场工资收入的非线性影响。根据城市规模、受教育程度和工作经验差异构建了一个包含农民工数量和城市劳动力市场平均工资的面板数据，运用工具变量和系统GMM估计方法，揭示出农民工进入对特大城市和大城市工资的影响表现为先提高、再降低、再提高的规律，而对中小城市工资的影响则表现为先降低、再提高、再降低的规律。

Abstract： Using data from Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) between the years 2005 and 2013, this paper estimates the nonlinear effect of migrant workers on wage determination in urban labor market under different city scales. Based on city scale, education and experience variance, this paper creates panel data that include the number of migrant workers and the average wage of urban labor market. Using instrumental variable and system GMM estimation methods, it suggests that under the impact of migrant workers, wages in metropolitan and big cities show a pattern of rising, falling and rising again. However, wages in small and medium cities show a pattern of falling, rising and finally falling.
