垂直专业化分工对中国劳动力就业结构的影响—

摘要中国参与垂直专业化分工对劳动力就业结构产生了重要影响。笔者运用改进的垂直专业化测度指标,研究了垂直专业化和不同分工类型对中国1997年～2008年各行业劳动力就业结构的影响。结果发现:垂直专业化降低了中国高技能劳动力的相对就业,但是这种效应不显著;最终产品出口的国外增加值比例上升使中国高技能劳动力相对需求下降,而中间产品出口的国外增加值和一国出口中外国附加值的重复计算部分比例的上升显著地提高了中国高技能劳动力的相对需求。

Abstract： Vertical specialization has an important effect on the labor employment structure of china. This article analyzes the labor employment structure effect of international vertical specialization and the different pattern based on the improved measure method of vertical specialization. The results show that there is a decreasing tendency of the high skilled labor ratio considering the manufacturing industry as a whole. An increasing share of foreign value-added in a country’s final goods exports (FVF) in VS has a significant tendency to decrease the ratio of high skill labor. However, an increasing foreign value added share in a country’s intermediate exports (FDC) and pure double counting of foreign value-added in a country’s exports (FVI) share in VS has a significant tendency to increase the ratio of high skill labor.
