河南省农村居民消费结构特征的实证分析——基于不同收入水平组的比较

摘要笔者在对河南省农村居民收入和消费总体特征分析的基础上,基于凯恩斯绝对收入假说的消费理论,建立Panel Data模型,探索收入差异条件下的河南省农村居民消费特征。结果表明,现阶段河南省农村居民的消费行为完全符合凯恩斯的绝对收入假说;各收入组间的消费差异主要体现在生活品质和消费种类上,食品、居住、交通通信是目前河南省农村消费的三大热点;消费结构正在逐渐升级。因此,应从提高农村收入水平、健全农村社会保障制度、改善农村消费环境和缩小收入分配差异等方面来增强农村居民消费能力,优化其消费结构。

Abstract： Increasing the ability of household consumption is a realistic choice for keeping of the sustained development of China’s economy. Based on the analysis of rural households income and consumption characteristics in Henan Province, the article uses the panel data to analyze the impact of different income levels on rural residents’ consumption, with the theory of the Keynes’s absolute income hypothesis of consumption. The results show that the total consumption expenditure of rural residents is significantly different in different income levels, and the models of different consumption are also different. Some significant proposals, such as improving the level of income of the farmers, establishment and consummation of countryside social security systems, and optimization consumption environment are put forward for stimulating the consumption demands and optimizing the consumption structure of rural households in Henan Province.
