地理标志促进农业经济发展的实证研究

摘要笔者从宏观层面探讨我国地理标志保护制度对农业经济增长的促进作用,利用两次全国地理标志调查所取得的数据,构建多元回归模型进行实证研究。结果表明在控制农业固定资产投资和农产品出口额的前提下,地理标志促进了农业经济增长、农业的专业化和规模化,地理标志保护有助于农业经济发展。为了巩固地理标志对农业经济的促进作用,政府应加大对农业地理标志保护的投入,完善地理标志立法,并尽快出台农地流转制度。

Abstract： From a macro perspective, this paper aims to discuss how the geographical indication protection mechanism promotes agricultural economic development. Meanwhile, by way of the exclusive data of the two nationwide investigation of the geographical indication, a multiple regression model is established to empirically study the relation between geographical indication and agricultural economy. Empirical results show that on the premise of controlling agricultural fixed investments as well as agricultural products exports, geographical indication can accelerate the agricultural economic increase and its professionalization and scale. So this paper proposes that the government ought to support agriculture much, improve the geographical indication legislation and set up farmland transfer system as early as possible to enhance the geographical indication protection to the agricultural products.
