西部地区农户对农村产权抵押贷款融资意愿研究——基于宁夏回族自治区同心县164个农户调查的分析

摘要笔者使用2012年对宁夏回族自治区同心县164个农户的问卷调查数据，利用二元Logistic模型分析了影响农民产权抵押贷款融资意愿的因素。研究发现，农户户主性别、家庭人口、土地面积、人均收入、社会关系对产权抵押呈显著正向影响；农户的文化程度呈显著负向影响；而农户的年龄、供养比、经营类型、净资产、往返信用社便利程度、利率水平和利率期限则对其产权改革参与意愿无显著影响。以此提出扩大农户土地经营面积、提高业务透明度，匹配利率与贷款用途，加大宣传力度等建议。

Abstract： This paper researches the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness on rural property rights mortgage by analyzing survey data of 164 peasants in Tongxin County of Ningxia Autonomous Region in 2012 with binary logistic model. It is found that sex,family members,land area,per capita income,social relations,understanding on mortgage and credit cooperatives service satisfaction have a positive significant impact on the farmers' mortgage willingness; education has a negative significant impact on the farmers’ mortgage willingness; age,dependency ratio,management patterns,net asset,traffic convenience and interest rate have no significant impact on the farmers’ mortgage willingness.
