加工贸易、生产性服务业与中国服务业结构升级—

摘要生产性服务业的增长能力是促进我国经济发展方式转变的重要动力。然而长期以来我国加工贸易为主的外贸发展结构在相当程度上制约了服务业结构升级的步伐，进而影响了生产性服务业的发展。笔者以长三角地区为例构造了专业化分工指数，具体指明了生产性服务业所涵盖的行业范围，并使用反映技术进步、收入水平、城市化程度、人力资源发展水平和加工贸易数据序列的面板数据模型，实证分析了加工贸易对服务业结构升级的影响。实证分析结果表明加工贸易制约了生产性服务业的发展，生产性服务业的滞后发展阻碍了服务业结构升级。

Abstract： Based on the empirical analysis of the data from the Yangtze River Delta Region, this paper constructs a specialization index to indicate the division extent and defines the bound of services industry with a panel data model including technical progress, income level, urbanization rate, human resource level and process trade variables to analyze the influence that process trade’s development on service industry’s structure upgrade. The empirical results show that China’s process trade restricts the development of producer services industry. Furthermore, the lag behind of process of producer services industry blockes services industry’s structure upgrade.
