我国生产性服务业与农业生产效率提升的关系研究—

摘要笔者利用DEA模型, 测算了2003年~2011年我国各省的农业生产效率, 并以此为基础, 分析农业生产性服务业与农业生产效率提升的关系。研究结果表明, 农业生产性服务业对农业的带动不亚于工业, 发展农业生产性服务业可以促进农业增长, 有利于提升农业生产效率, 并最终增强农业的竞争力;发展农业生产性服务业对提升中西部地区农业生产效率的作用效果更为显著;交通运输仓储、通讯行业及科研技术行业对农业生产效率的提升作用更为显著。

Abstract： Through calculating the agricultural production efficiency of provinces in China from 2003 to 2011 with DEA model, the article analyzed the correlation between agricultural producer services and improvement of agricultural production efficiency. The results indicated that the leading roles of agricultural producer service to agriculture were no less than industry. We also found that the development of agricultural producer services could enhance the competency of agriculture by lifting the agricultural production efficiency and have much more obvious effect in central and western region. Furthermore, transport, storage, communications and R&D industry have more significant influence on agriculture production efficiency than other producer services industry.
