中小高新技术企业融资结构的特征及影响因素分析

摘要笔者通过中小高新技术企业显著性特征的5个指标变量研究，发现中小高新技术企业资产负债率普遍较低，其融资决策更多是由企业短期经营活动的需要和融资市场环境的条件所决定，而企业自身的财务结构没有成为重要的影响因素。
