能源消费效应的三大影响因素分析——基于陕西省的案例研究

摘要基于对数平均迪氏指数分解法(LMDI)，笔者以陕西省的能源消费为个案，研究其1999年~2009年间能源消费的增长情况。研究结果表明：强度效应是抑制陕西省能源消费总量增长的主导力量，结构效应的影响作用未见显现；就行业的情况而言，总效应的影响因素主要来自工业部门；第三产业中出其他产业在分析中占据第二影响力的位置，但其影响作用的发挥较之工业部门弱得多。

Abstract： Based on the method of Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI), the authors took the energy consumption of Shaanxi province as a case and studied its growing energy consumption from 1999 to 2009. The findings show that intensity effect is the leading factor refraining the growth in the gross energy consumption of Shaanxi province while the effect of structure is not obvious; as for the industry situation, the overall influencing factors mainly come from industrial departments; according to the definition of this paper about the economic industries, other industries in third industry are in the second place in the analysis of the affecting factors, but it works less strongly than industrial departments.
