Abstract:
In knowledge economy, knowledge management is an important way to obtain and maintain competitive advantage and knowledge sharing is the important part of knowledge management. On the basis of existing researches, the authors introduced employee status as the study object, made a basic data analysis of leadership variant, employee status and knowledge sharing behavior, constructed and tested a theoretical model about employee status, its influencing factors and knowledge sharing behavior, analyzed the relationship between leadership variant, employee status and knowledge sharing behavior, and confirmed the influence of leadership quality on knowledge sharing behavior and the influence of leadership quality on knowledge sharing behavior with occupational burnout as the intermediary variable, and proposed corresponding suggestions
