Abstract The number of informal employment will increase with China all-round pioneer,their social security is an important part of universal insurance. This paper analyzes the informal employment social security from two aspects of contributory social insurance and non-contributory social assistance and social welfare predicament in Inner Mongolia. At last, the paper puts forward the solution, includes: reform the contributory social security, improve social assistance and social welfare system, enhance insurance payment capability of the informal employment. The conclusion of this paper has a certain significance for our current informal employment reform social security system.
