Abstract This paper analyzes the impact of human environment to inter-firms linkage from the perspective of “Relational Embeddedness”. Based on correlation analysis, this paper analyzes the influence of humanistic environment to the development of Changsha Film-Television industry. Results show that Changsha Film-television industry has three characteristics: transaction cost is low, good protection of intellectual property right, efficient incentive mechanism while diversity is not so strong. The first three characteristics positively related to the development of film industry’s development and the diversity does not have significant influence on film industry.
