A Research on the Relationship between the Hierarchical Structures of Education and Adjustment and Optimization of Industry Structure——An Empirical Study Based on Henan Province Panel Data

Abstract The hierarchical structures of education and adjustment and optimization of industry structure are two-way interacting lane. This study explores the relationship of them, using panel data of Henan provinces from 2006 to 2012. The study discovers that different hierarchical structures of education play different roles in the adjustment and optimization of industry structure. The education structure should be designed to adapt to the characteristic of the industry structure of the region. In the present stage, the elementary education should be strengthen standardization construction, and the secondary education should be improved the quality, and the higher education should be constructed a reasonable level.
