Abstract Scientifically determining the nature of co-ownership of condominium ownership is the premise to construct the law of co-ownership of condominium ownership, but the determination of its nature has always been a disputable topic in the academic field. Either theoretically or practically, the existing qualitative researches lack both the characteristics and theory of the co-ownership of condominium ownership and the rational measurement of the rights and responsibilities of co-owners, and don’t conform to reality of our country. Analyzed from its feature and reality of our country, the co-ownership of condominium ownership is not co-ownership, joint ownership or quasi-joint ownership, but a new and intricate co-ownership.
