农户禀赋对粮食生产技术效率的影响分析——基于河南农户粮食生产数据的实证

摘要笔者基于农户家庭禀赋和微观农户数据,利用超越对数生产函数对影响粮食生产技术效率的因素进行随机前沿分析。结果显示,在其他条件不变的情况下,农户年龄和受教育程度分别对粮食生产技术效率具有正向和负向影响;耕地单位面积越大,越有利于粮食生产的农业机械化操作,它对技术效率具有正效应;家庭农用固定资产的多少决定了资本对劳动的替代程度,它对技术效率具有正效应;粮食生产收入占家庭总收入的比重反映了农户家庭收入结构,比重越大的农户越重视粮食生产,它对技术效率具有显著正效应。

Abstract： Based on household endowments and micro data, using translog stochastic frontier production function, this paper examines the factors affecting technical efficiency in food production. Results show that in the other conditions remain unchanged, farmers’ age and education level respectively have a positive and negative influence on technical efficiency in food production; per unit area of farmland increased the more favorable agricultural mechanization operation in food production, which has a positive effect on technical efficiency; the number of family agricultural fixed assets determine the degree of substitution of labor an capital, which has a positive effect on technical efficiency; the proportion of total family income that food production brings reflects the structure of farm household income, the greater the proportion of households more emphasis on food production, it has a significant positive effect on technical efficiency.
