中国对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应研究—

摘要笔者构建了对外直接投资(简称OFDI)逆向技术溢出效应的理论模型, 并利用中国2003年～2012年对11个国家和地区进行对外直接投资的省际面板数据, 对理论模型的结论进行了实证检验。结果显示:不论全国样本还是分地区检验, 对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应都是存在的, 各地区均跨越了逆向技术溢出的门槛值;各地区对OFDI逆向技术溢出的吸收能力是不同的, 东部地区由于人力资本及研发资本较为充裕, 更容易从对外直接投资中获得逆向技术溢出。

Abstract： The paper constructs a theoretical model of OFDI's reverse technology spillover.Using the provincial panel data of China’s OFDI to 11 countries and regions from 2003 to 2012,the paper makes an empirical test of the theoretical model.The results show that:(1) No matter the national sample or the sub-regional inspection,the technology spillover effect of China’s OFDI exists.Every region has transcended the threshold of reverse technology spillover.(2) Each region’s absorption capacity to reverse technology spillover of OFDI is different,the eastern region is easier to obtain reverse technology spillover from OFDI.
