我国服务贸易结构的特征和影响因素研究

摘要笔者通过横向和纵向比较，结果显示世界服务贸易结构正向以知识技术密集型为基础的现代服务贸易转变，而中国以劳动密集型和资源为基础的传统服务贸易比重不断上升。基于1982年～2009年的数据，运用协整和误差修正模型对中国服务贸易结构、物质资本积累、人力资本积累和技术进步之间的关系进行实证分析，提出政策建议，实现从“服务数量”到“服务质量”的转变。

Abstract： The results of horizontal and vertical comparison show that the proportion of modern service which is technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive has been on the rise in developed countries, however, China is in a reverse situation. Using the data of 1982-2009, the authors adopt the co-integration theory and error correction model to make an empirical analysis of the relationship between the structure of service trade, physical capital accumulation, human capital accumulation and technological progress, put forward some relevant policy recommendations to achieve the transformation from “service quantity” to “service quality”
