政治决策、农村公共支出与城乡收入差距

摘要根据1978年～2008年的时序数据，对农村公共支出和城乡收入差距之间的动态关系进行计量分析，结论如下：城乡收入差距拉大会引起农村公共支出的被动增加，但是，农村公共支出的被动增加却不能缩小城乡收入差距，只有主动增加农村公共支出才能缩小城乡收入差距。

Abstract： According to time series data from 1978 to 2008, the authors make a quantitative analysis of the relationship between public expenditure in rural areas and income gap between urban and rural areas. The conclusion is that the widening in the gap between urban and rural areas will cause the passive increase in the public expenditure in rural areas, but the passive increase in public expenditure in rural areas can’t shorten the income gap between urban and rural areas. Only the active increase in public expenditure in rural areas can shorten the income gap between urban and rural areas
