国际科技创新合作对中国出口贸易影响的实证研究

摘要选取2003—2016年27个制造业细分行业数据,实证检验了国际科技创新合作对中国出口贸易的影响。研究发现:国际科技创新合作显著促进了中国制造业出口贸易的增长,且这种促进作用主要是通过扩展边际来体现。在分样本回归中,发明专利合作与外观专利合作对出口的扩展边际均体现出较强的促进作用,而对集约边际影响较小。此外,外国所有的中国发明专利、中国所有的外国发明专利以及中国和外国共同的发明专利都能够显著地提高中国制造业出口的集约边际和扩展边际,且对出口扩展边际的作用都强于集约边际。

Abstract： This paper empirically tests the impact of international cooperation in scientific and technological innovation on China’s export trade using data of sub-sectors in 27 manufacturing industries from 2003 to 2016. It is found that international scientific and technological innovation cooperation significantly promotes the growth of China’s manufacturing export trade, and this promotion is mainly manifested through extensive margin. In the sub-sample regression, the cooperation in invention patent and product design patent has a strong promotion effect on the extensive margin, but a weak influence on the intensive margin. In addition, foreign ownership of domestic invention patents, domestic ownership of foreign invention patents and patents with foreign co-inventors can all significantly increase the intensive margin and extensive margin of China’s manufacturing exports, among which the effect on the extensive margin is stronger than that on the intensive margin.
