董事长海外教育背景与公司净资产收益率的关系及上市周期的中介作用

摘要笔者以创业板上市公司的数据为样本,实证考察了创业板上市公司董事长的海外教育背景与公司净资产收益率之间的关系以及上市周期长短在两者之间的中介作用。结果表明,董事长海外教育背景与上市周期呈现出显著的负相关关系,与公司净资产收益率呈现显著的正相关关系,而上市周期在董事长海外教育背景与业绩之间起到中介作用。

Abstract： This paper uses GEM listed corporation data and empirical tested the relationship of Chairman’s overseas education background and ROE of these companies, as well as the mediating role of listed period. The empirical results show that overseas education background has significant negative correlation with listed period, and significant positive correlation with ROE. Meanwhile, listed period plays a mediating role between overseas education background and ROE.
