二元经济背景下省际企业盈利差异与产业区域转移粘性

摘要笔者从理论与实证两个层面探讨我国二元经济背景下省际企业盈利差异及由大量剩余劳动力跨省流动所形成的产业转移粘性。研究显示我国产业的区域转移同时受微观企业追逐利润最大化的内在动机及产业区域转移粘性这两大相反作用力的综合作用，因而促进我国区域产业转移之政策应与消除二元经济的相关政策配套实施，才会取得明显效果。

Abstract： The paper probes into the relationship between the different profit level of enterprises in China and the regional stickiness of industries transfer brought by the labor mobility under the background of dual economy by using the panel data of 31 provinces of China for the period of 1998~2010. The result shows industry transfer in China is the comprehensive result of the micro-enterprise’s profit maximization behavior and the regional stickiness of industry transfer. Therefore,industry transfer policy should match the policy to eliminate dual economy for remarkable effect.
