影响农村劳动力转移的个人因素——基于河南省农民工及农民问卷数据

摘要笔者利用在河南省组织学生所做的针对农民工和农民的问卷调查数据，通过对比两组人群转移和非转移的选择，研究显著影响农民转移到城镇就业的个人因素。研究发现，农民的转移选择最主要受年龄、性别和婚姻等因素的综合影响，其他因素的影响相对较小；有一些变量，如受教育程度、城镇就业技能等，虽然对农民是否选择转移的影响不是很大，但对农民工在城镇劳动市场的表现有着重要影响。

Abstract： This paper analyzes and explores the personal factors affecting the migration with data from the survey conducted in Henan Province, China by sampling the migrant workers and rural farmers. It is found that age, gender, and marriage status jointly affect farmer’s migration. The impacts of other factors are only moderate economically. Some factors, such as education level and urban working skills, do not affect farmers’ migration very much, but significantly affect labor market performance of the rural migrant workers.
