论市场经济与公平正义和谐发展的理论逻辑

摘要公平正义是道德范畴的核心价值观，也是当前各领域讨论的热点话题。虽然学界认同了市场经济与公平正义的和谐发展是和谐社会建构的核心内容，但对于市场经济与公平正义和谐发展理论逻辑的探讨尚显不足。笔者从伦理经济学的视角阐述了和谐社会建构中市场经济与公平正义和谐发展的理论逻辑在于市场经济与公平正义的互逆维度，亦即市场经济的合公平正义性与公平正义的合经济性的有机统一。

Abstract： Justice is the core value of morality and one of hot topics in all kinds of fields nowadays. Although the academic field has accepted that market economy and just harmonious development are the core for building a harmonious society, the research into the theoretical logic of market economy and just harmonious development is not enough yet. From the perspective of ethical economics, the authore laborates that the theoretical logic of market economy and just harmonious development lies in the reciprocal dimension between market economy and justice in building a harmonious society, or the organic unity between the justice of market economy and the economic nature of justice
