组织场域、制度约束与银行业战略选择--立足于组织社会学的分析

摘要笔者从制度理论的视角来考察银行的战略选择，以交通银行重新组建以来所经历的若干次重大战略选择为分析对象，着重探讨其中制度因素对企业战略选择的影响，并尝试性地给出一个场域-制度-战略互动模型，提供一个解释框架。

Abstract： The authors inspect strategic choice of banks from the perspective of institution theory and with the important strategic choices of the Bank of Communications since its reconstruction, the authors discusses the impact of institutional factors on the strategic choices of enterprises, and tries to propose a “field-institution-strategy interaction model” as a theoretic framework for future researches
