The authors inspect strategic choice of banks from the perspective of institution theory and with the important strategic choices of the Bank of Communications since its reconstruction, the authors discusses the impact of institutional factors on the strategic choices of enterprises, and tries to propose a “field-institution-strategy interaction model” as a theoretic framework for future researches
