Abstract This paper examines the relationship among the sources of product innovation, corporate culture and product innovation performance with the method of hierarchical regression analysis, based on the date from appliance manufactures. The result shows: (1) The user innovation, supplier innovation and competitor innovation have significant positive effect on the product innovation performance. (2) Supplier innovation has the greatest effect on the product innovation performance, the second is competitor innovation, and the minimum is user innovation from the perspective of the degree of impact. (3) Innovative culture has positive significant effect on the product innovation performance. (4) Innovative culture plays the role of moderator between the supplier innovation and product innovation performance significantly, and it also plays the role of moderator between the competitor innovation and product innovation performance significantly.
