Abstract By using the panel data, this paper main studies the causes and differentiation mechanism of imbalance development of private enterprises,to prove the effect of regional investment environment on the growth of private enterprises. It is found that the regional government environment, financial environment, market environment impact on the private enterprise growth are significantly, but legal environment, scientific research and patent to accelerate the development of private enterprises are not significant.
