Abstract Good economic condition is the most important key factor for young migrant laborers' effective urbanization. However, the current situation of the balance of payments of young migrant laborers is not hopeful, which is disadvantageous for their social integration and urbanization. Based on the research data, the authors used OLS model to make a regression analysis of the research data and found that education level has positive influence on the balance of payment of young migrant laborers. The higher the education level is, the more the monthly balance is and the more advantageous it is to their social integration. Therefore the education level of young migrant laborers should be improved through perfecting education policy and allocating education resources rationally.
