Abstract The spatial aggregation effect of the county level economy in the Central Plain Economic Zone is obvious. As a whole, it is in a center periphery sphere structure state. The economic growth of county-level units can only spill over to the four adjoining counties or units, the spillover effect of city level economic growth is not obvious and the spillover effect of counties is only restricted to prefecture level cities.
