Analysis of the Decision making of the Horizontal Integration and Sharing of Technological Professionals in Enterprises with Utility Heritage

Abstract With the development of enterprises, the enterprises 'own business departments can not meet their needs, the business of the sharing people infiltrates continuously and the horizontal integration and sharing of the technonogical professionals of enterprises becomes more and more common. The author introduces the view of utility heritage，and through reasonable assumptions and with the research methods of game theory the author makes a quantitative deduction and analysis of the decision making on the horizontal integration and sharing of businesses of enterprises with utility heritage and drew the proposition and corresponding inference for enterprises to chooses outsourcing objects and standard. The author holds that the strength of shared enterprises should be evaluated with the comprehensive cost of the similar services they provide and when the technological professionals are shared, the ones with strong business capability should be chosen for the horizontal integration.
